Kane Builders, Inc. continues to expand our client base. In 2002 we entered into contract as Construction Manager with a national developer, Lerner-Heidenberg Properties to complete a shopping center conversion in Flemington, NJ. Due to the success of that project, we have now completed a second shopping center conversion for Lerner- Heidenberg Properties in Lebanon, PA, and have additional centers in line.
The Marmaxx Group was added to our increasing client base in 2001. Since the first project, a Marshall's store in Pennsylvania, we have done numerous jobs which include Marshall's, TJ Maxx, TJ Maxx and More, AJ Wright, and Home Goods Stores.
In 2002 we started our relationship with 2^nd Swing Golf. We have completed store fit-outs New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Maryland, and North Carolina. We have continued our relationship with Staples Office Supply Store and CVS. Kane Builders was instrumental in the Staples' Remodel Program that reworked numerous stores with new layout, fixtures and finishes all while the existing stores remained functional for business.
We have completed eight new CVS stores which were "ground up" projects, and are working on two retrofits of existing ACME stores. CVS has plans to continue growing, and we are qualified as one of their preferred customers.
