With the acquisition of several new clients, Kane Builders continues to prove that personal service is the key to success. Our attention to detail and our drive to complete each project as scheduled or earlier has helped us in maintaining our client base and adding additional clients.

CVS and Staples continue to be our most loyal clients. Our expertise in these projects has us working with additional developers such as Redwood Holdings, BrandenBerger Sheridan, Feinberg McBurney, and Daibes Enterprises.

Specialty projects have also become part of our work area. We have recently completed Cherry Hill Subaru, a Sales and Service operation for Star Realty Advisors. We are in mid- construction for the latest Chickie and Pete’s in Egg Harbor Township, NJ. This project is a restaurant/sports facility with excellent food based in the Philadelphia area.

Kane Builders has completed three different Dunkin’ Donuts facilities for three different franchisees. These projects range from a rehab of an existing facility, to a retrofit and addition to an existing building, as well as a ground up complete.

We are expecting to continue building relationships as well as structures for more clients in the future. We are just beginning two new projects and relationships with Stop’n’Shop and Merrell Plaza Associates show strong possibilities of continued success.

Kane Builders has recently completed several new retail stores with national exposure. Michael’s, PetSmart, Famous Footwear, PearleVision, Linens ‘n’ Things, DressBarn and Blockbuster’s are just a few of these retail spaces.
